Scott R. Beskin, Esq.
A graduate New York University School of Law in 1963. The founder of our firm, Scott is now "of counsel" yet continues to provide consultation on matters of real estate and business law.

Gregg Pesciotta, Esq.
A lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Attended Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Graduated in 1980 with a B.A. degree in Economics. Received Excellence in Economics Award.

Attended Wake Forrest University  School Of Law in Winston- Salem, NC. Graduated in 1983 with a Juris Doctorate Degree.

Admitted to the Bar of the State of NJ in 1983. After practicing in Newark for two years as a trial attorney Gregg moved his practice to Freehold where he became a member of the firm and continued to develop his litigation and residential and commercial transactional practice.
