About Our Firm
Beskin & Pesciotta Counselors at law has enjoyed a very successful legal practice for over 35 years. Originally, established in 1985 in Freehold New Jersey with a primary emphasis to represent clients involved in all aspects of real estate. In 1994 Scott Beskin retired and Gregg Pesciotta took over the firm. In 2013 Beskin & Pesciotta relocated its office to 291 Herbertsville Road, in Brick, New Jersey. This central location has allowed Beskin & Pesciotta to service all clients in both Ocean County as well as Monmouth County.
Gregg Pesciotta is almost totally devoted to the representation of real estate clients. Over his career, Gregg Pesciotta has handled in excess of 20,000 real estate related transactions representing clients in buying, selling or refinancing real estate. In other words, unlike most law firms, the firm is almost exclusively devoted to the representation of clients involved in real estate transactions. It has always been the philosophy of Beskin & Pesciotta that an attorney cannot adequately represent a real estate client and also be involved in other aspects of law, such as litigation or family law. In order to be a successful real estate attorney, the attorney must be available for the client and real estate agents and must have constant communication in order to apprise the client and realtor of the status of the file. In other words, we strive to keep an attorney in the office to address the needs of the real estate client.
In light of the abundance of experience, this office provides the ability for a realtor or client to present any real estate issue or question to be answered and responded to in a relatively short period of time. A lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Attended Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Graduated in 1980 with a B.A. degree in Economics. Received Excellence in Economics Award.
Attended Wake Forrest University School Of Law in Winston- Salem, NC. Graduated in 1983 with a Juris Doctorate Degree.
Admitted to the Bar of the State of NJ in 1983. After practicing in Newark for two years as a trial attorney Gregg moved his practice to Freehold where he became a member of the firm and continued to develop his litigation and residential and commercial transactional practice. In 2013 the office was relocated to 291 Herbertsville Road in Brick, NJ.
